Dr. Spat-Lemus received her PhD in Clinical Psychology with Health
Emphasis and training in Clinical Neuropsychology from the Ferkauf
Graduate School of Psychology at Yeshiva University. She completed a two-year Postdoctoral Fellowship in Neuropsychology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount
Sinai in New York. Dr. Spat-Lemus conducts research/publishes on the neurocognitive performance in patients with neurological/medical disorders, as well as on the cross-cultural aspects of neuropsychological testing and treatment. Most recently, she was a clinical neuropsychologist and Assistant Professor of Neuropsychology at Weill Cornell Medicine’s (WCM) Department of Neurological Surgery. Dr. Spat-Lemus currently serves as the Director of the Clinical MA Psychology Program at MSU.
