Montclair State’s Digital Communications team directs and oversees the expression of the University’s brand, image, and identity in digital spaces, such as the University website and social media channels.
The University’s digital spaces are vital communications tools utilized by students, prospective students and our faculty and staff. Our website and social media channels are also essential to the success of our marketing efforts. We strive to deliver an outstanding digital experience for our audiences by promoting utility, accessibility, and excellence.
Digital Partners
The Digital Communications team collaborates with other members of the University Communications and Marketing department to develop cohesive and compelling cross-platform campaigns and communications. And we partner with digital-content and technology teams from the University’s colleges, schools and departments to plan and build effective digital experiences and social-media promotions. Additionally, we offer WordPress and accessibility training, offer guidance to content editors in updating existing sites and pages, assist in trouble-shooting and site-maintenance, and provide insights into metrics reporting and analytics.
