Professors Carlos Molina (Biology) and Mika Munakata (Mathematics)spent nine weeks in Japan this summer, giving underrepresented students the opportunity to study abroad and conduct research with world-renowned Japanese researchers.

The University requires faculty and staff with access to student educational data to undergo yearly training in the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). See your University email for information. The deadline to complete the training is Wednesday, October 12.
Planned network maintenance on Wednesday, September 28 from 6-10 p.m. may result in a four-hour outage on Banner services (including NEST). See your email for more information.
OIT will be upgrading Single Sign On (SSO) and our DUO Multi Factor Authentication services between 7 p.m. on Thursday, September 29 and 7 p.m. on Friday, September 30. Some University systems may have intermittent interruptions during this time. See your email for more information.
Health Promotion is offering an online meditation session on Mondays beginning September 26. Participants will learn how to incorporate practicing mindfulness meditation into daily life to reduce stress.
