  • Stephanie Silvera (Public Health) is quoted in this Fox 5 News NY story about a recent Monmouth University poll showing 70% of Americans have accepted that COVID is here to stay. She also offered her predictions for where the pandemic is headed now that the omicron surge is waning in this NorthJersey.com article.
  • Stefanie Murray (Center for Cooperative Media) penned an article for Nieman Lab that shares findings from their “Ad Lab experiment” which created an advertising network for independent media across New Jersey. The results? Positive!
  • The appointment of new Provost and Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs Junius Gonzales is highlighted in this Inside Higher Ed roundup of new presidents and provosts.

  • To the team at the Center for Cooperative Media for the successful launch of Ad Lab last fall. It is already helping local news organizations and could serve as a model for local newsrooms across the country.
  • To Counseling Department Chair Dana Levitt and doctoral student Christina Kadelski who recently presented “The Pandemic Push: Ethical Telehealth Delivery” at the Association for Counselor Education and Supervision Conference in Atlanta, Georgia.
