- Pankaj Lal (Earth and Environmental Studies) is featured in this WNYC news segment about Newark residents and environmental activists who are calling on Gov. Phil Murphy to delay plans by a wastewater treatment facility to build a natural gas power plant in an over-polluted corner of the city.
- Montclair Patch reported on our new booster requirements and the article was republished by Yahoo! News.
- Jonathan Caspi (Family Science and Human Development) is featured in this NorthJersey.com article (also picked up by Yahoo!) about mental health services being stretched thin as we enter a third year of the pandemic.
- Sandra Adams (Biology) shares with NJ.com how long folks who are vaccinated and got COVID-19 should wait before getting their booster (Hint: You must be asymptomatic and meet the criteria for ending isolation.).
- Stephanie Silvera (Public Health) talked to WHYY about the difficulties of reporting local positive at-home COVID test results. She also spoke to PIX11 News for a story about hospital data showing that unvaccinated COVID patients suffer the most severe illness.

- To Maughn Gregory, professor in the CEHS Educational Foundations Department, who recently published an article entitled, “Frog and Toad at the Academy” in Policy Futures in Education.
- To the digital marketing team and alumni advisory committee at the Feliciano School of Business. Their “It’s Your Time” campaign has been selected as a winner in the 9th Annual Education Digital Marketing Awards in the electronic digital advertising category. The campaign was designed by The EFK Group, a woman-owned firm based in Trenton.
- To Mousumi Bose, assistant professor in the CEHS Nutrition and Food Studies Department, who co-authored a national report about the experiences of family caregivers from diverse backgrounds and participated in a congressional briefing to advocate for better caregiver support in the RAISE Act and Build Back Better Act.
