Acclaimed actress performs limited run of her one-woman show

The Department of Theatre and Dance presents Phenomenal Woman, written and performed by acclaimed actress, Ami Brabson. The one-woman show tells the story of Brabson’s life, celebrating the mentors she has had on the path to success.
Brabson has several television and stage credits as an actress, including such hit television shows as Law & Order: SVU and Damages. She has performed in many notable regional theatres nationally, appearing as Rose in August Wilson’s Pulitzer Prize winning Fences at The Public Theater in Pittsburgh.
Phenomenal Women weaves together poetry, song and story to create a compelling and uplifting evening of performance. Brabson will perform her original work twice only on April 14th at 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm in the Life Hall Studio Theatre. The event is free, but seating is limited.
