Need a Laptop or Verizon JetPack?

Are you taking a summer class and in need of technology? Beginning Monday, May 17, 2021, you can begin loaning out laptops and JetPacks for your summer course by visiting the laptop lending lab in University Hall, Room 5008 during scheduled hours. You must show proof of summer course registration in order to borrow technology from Information Technology. Do not request a summer laptop or JetPack loan until your session begins for those with courses that start mid to late summer. You must return this laptop at the end of your summer course.

Request a Loaner Laptop

In order to request a loaner laptop this summer you must complete the following:

• Fill out the Request Form before coming to campus.
• You will be required to authenticate using your University NetID.
• Select the Long Term Laptop Loan Request Option from the Drop Down.

Request a Verizon JetPack

In order to request a JetPack this summer you must complete the following:

• Fill out the Request Form before coming to campus.
• JetPacks will be activated within 24 hours (Monday-Friday) of pickup.

When Picking Up Your Loaner Laptop or Jetpack You Must:

• Show your Montclair State University ID card and a copy of your student Summer Session schedule.
• Log into the laptop prior to leaving the campus.

Remember

Before you come to campus (each time you come to campus) you must:

• Complete Hawk Check. If you receive a “Welcome to Campus” result, you may come to campus. If you do not, do not come to campus, until you are cleared.
• Wear a mask while you are on campus.
• Follow all social distancing instructions/signage.
