Our campus is booming with exciting programming from our campus partners like Campus Recreation and the Center for Student Involvement. Being able to live on campus gives you the freedom to focus on your studies while being able to have the time to enjoy your life as a college student.

Residence Life offers a variety of options to make your home away from home as comfortable as possible! With many different room styles and unique residence halls, you can join the residential community that’s perfect for you. We offer apartment, suite and traditional style living options across both the Montclair campus and the Bloomfield campus.

Where Do I Start?

If you are looking to join our on-campus community, here’s how you can apply today! The first step in becoming a resident is to submit your $300.00 nonrefundable housing application fee in your NEST account.

Once your application fee has been processed, an application will be generated for you in our system, the Residential Management System (RMS). Once available, you will receive an email with specific directions on how to complete your online application. In your application, you will be able to tell us what spaces and style of living you prefer most!
