All loaner laptops borrowed for the spring semester, from University Hall, 5th floor, must be returned by Friday, May 15.

How to Return Your Loaner Laptop

You can return your loaner laptop:

• Friday, May 8; Monday, May 11 – Friday, May 15
• 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.
• University Hall, Lobby
• Information Technology staff will be available to collect laptops.
• Face Coverings Are Required!

Can’t Get to Campus to Return the Laptop?

If you are having difficulties returning the laptop, or you are taking a Summer Sessions course that begins in May and you still require the laptop, you must reach out directly to the IT Service Desk at 973-655-7971, option 1. If you have not contacted us or returned the loaner laptop by Friday, May 15 you will have a late fee placed on your student account. 

Summer Session 2020 Loaner Laptops

In light of the COVID-19 circumstances, we are making laptop loaners available to you for Summer Session courses (first session beginning Monday, May 18). View Summer Session Calendar.

Remember that you can use a laptop, desktop, tablet or smartphone to access Canvas to complete your work. There is a Canvas mobile application in the Apple App Store and Google Play. If you have access to any of these technologies, please do not request a loaner laptop as the University has a limited supply.

If you require a loaner laptop to complete your Summer Session coursework online, visit University Hall, Lobby to pick one up. The laptop will only be loaned for the duration of your Summer Session course.

• Wednesday, May 13 – Friday, May 15; Monday, May 18 – Friday, May 22
• 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.
• University Hall, Lobby
• Remember: Face Coverings Are Required!

Please Note: No appointments necessary. As the University Hall remains locked, you will need to enter the double doors located at the quad near the Feliciano School of Business.
