When Can I Come Into Rocky’s Closet?
To visit Rocky’s Closet, please email rockyscloset@montclair.edu and list all times and dates you are available to come in. We DO NOT accept walk-ins. A staff member will respond to you within 24-48 hours to book your appointment! Please book in advance.
How Many Clothes Can I Take?
As much as you need! There is no limit to the amount of clothes you can take.
Do I Get To Keep the Clothes?
Yes! All clothes are FREE and yours to keep.
Can I Return or Exchange the Clothes I Got From the Closet?
Unfortunately, we cannot take back the clothes once you have checked out your items.
What Happens if Clothing Rips or Gets Damaged When I Try It On?
Shoppers will not be held accountable if clothing rips while trying it on.
How Can I Donate to Rocky’s Closet?
If you are interested in donating to Rocky’s Closet, please reach out to rockyscloset@montclair.edu. In your email, please provide information about the types of clothing you wish to donate (such as shoes, dress, suits, etc.), specify whether the items have been dry cleaned and include the sizes of the clothing. A staff member will respond in 24-48 hours to coordinate a convenient drop-off time for your donation.
Is There Any Other Way I Can Donate?
Yes! We accept monetary donations as well, or you can donate through our Amazon Wish List.
