The impressive showing at this year’s IBS Awards continues to underscore Montclair State University’s commitment to strong mentoring and support of its broadcasting students.

“Congratulations to all of our students who are part of an incredible WMSC team,” said Dr. Keith Strudler, Dean of the School of Communication and Media. “One of the amazing things about our radio station is that Professor Poland provides hands-on opportunities from day one, so students who want to get involved immediately as a first-year student can get right to work having fun and gaining experience. That philosophy aligns with our other media organizations and co-curricular activities and is one of the many reasons the School of Communication and Media is a special place for our students.”
