AWRT to Host On-Campus Media Webinar
The student chapter of AWRT at Montclair State University will participate in a Media Webinar led by AWRT Nationals to promote ways to market yourself in today’s industry.

The Montclair State University student chapter of American Women in Radio and Television will be hosting an interactive webinar on Wednesday, October 21, 2009 at 2:00 pm. Students will gather in the large studio at the Dumont Television Center to listen to professionals give insightful advice on how students can market themselves throughout today’s media industry.
Lauren Darr, President of LOI International, a marketing communications firm which specializes in the media industry, will be a major part of the webinar. She will discuss how students can reinvent themselves to fully enhance their opportunities in today’s industry, as well as what steps needed to take to land a career.
At the end of the webinar, a Q&A session will be held, giving students the opportunity to ask further questions to the media professionals. We hope to see you there!
