In early December 2015 in Oslo, amid a state of emergency in Tunisia, the Tunisian National Dialogue Quartet was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize. The prize will be awarded to four civil society groups that led Tunisia’s transition to democracy. We spoke with former Wilson Scholar, Arnaud Kurze, about the significance of the quartet’s selection. That’s the focus of this edition of Wilson Center NOW.
