19 Austin Place is one of our themed styled housing options here at Bloomfield College of Montclair State University. With a mint green and yellow exterior, the house stands out and also has a grassy quad area right behind it. We believe that living in a house gives students a spacious and more adult-like living experience while making memories with their friends and roommates. 19 Austin Place comes with a full refrigerator, Smart TV in the kitchen, two full bathrooms, a spacious living room and can accommodate 13-15 residents. The house is across the street from the main dining hall, Student Center and other campus staples. Just like 23 Austin Place, 19 Austin is two blocks from Bloomfield Ave., so residents are encouraged to explore all of the nearby businesses and the local community. There is also a train line about four blocks away and a bus stop one and a half blocks away from the house for any student with public transportation needs.
