You can request a PDF (Email) enrollment verification by accessing the request through your NEST account.
1. Go to NEST to access the online form request.
2. Under Registrar’s Office Tool, find the link for to Request Enrollment Verification.
3. You can also access it by visiting Self-Service. Under the Student Tab, Click on Student Records, the Request for Enrollment Verification form will be one of the options there.
4. Enter Term for enrollment term and the verification type (Enrollment letter for the TERM with or without GPA) and then CONTINUE.
Verification Type: Enrollment Verification Term or Enrollment Verification w GPA,

5. Select Delivery Method. MSU Email Address Option is the ONLY option available then click on CONTINUE.
6. Enter Recipient name (it could be your name as the student or third party) then click on CONTINUE.
7. A summary of your enrollment verification request will display. The delivery method chosen is MSU Email Address which is your school- Montclair State University E-Mail Address.
8. Click on Submit Request to finalize your request.
You will also get a confirmation right on the page stating your request has been submitted. You can expect your enrollment letter (PDF) option via email within 24 hours.
