Fall 2025 Registration Calendar
The following schedule pertains to both Montclair and Bloomfield campus students.
Fall 2025 registration times are based on your earned credits as January 31, 2025 and do not include currently enrolled credits for spring 2025.
Please Note: Registration times represent your FIRST time to register, not the ONLY time. You are not excused from class to register for classes.
Day 1 - Priority and Graduate Students - Friday, March 28
Registration Times
- 9:15 a.m. – Students with Priority Registration
- 1:15 p.m. – All Graduate students.
Day 2 - Seniors - Monday, March 31
Registration Times
- 7:30 a.m. – Seniors who have earned 129 or more credits
- 10:15 a.m. – Seniors who have earned 118 to 128.999 credits
- 1:15 p.m. – Seniors who have earned 111 to 117.999 credits
- 2:45 p.m. – Seniors who have earned 106.5 to 110.999 credits
- 4:35 p.m. – Seniors who have earned 102.5 to 106.499 credits
- 6:25 p.m. – Seniors who have earned 96.5 to 102.499 credits
- 8:05 p.m. – Seniors who have earned 90 to 96.499 credits
Day 3 - Juniors - Tuesday, April 1
Registration Times
- 7:30 a.m. – Juniors who have earned 84.5 to 89.999 credits
- 10:15 a.m. – Juniors who have earned 80 to 84.499 credits
- 1:15 p.m. – Juniors who have earned 77 to 79.999 credits
- 2:45 p.m. – Juniors who have earned 73.5 to 76.999 credits
- 4:35 p.m. – Juniors who have earned 69.5 to 73.499 credits
- 6:25 p.m. – Juniors who have earned 64.5 to 69.499 credits
- 8:05 p.m. – Juniors who have earned 60 to 64.499 credits
Day 4 - Sophomores - Wednesday, April 2
Registration Times
- 7:30 a.m. – Sophomores who have earned 54.5 to 59.999 credits
- 10:15 a.m. – Sophomores who have earned 50.5 to 54.499 credits
- 1:15 p.m. – Sophomores who have earned 47.5 to 50.499 credits
- 2:45 p.m. – Sophomores who have earned 45.5 to 47.499 credits
- 4:35 p.m. – Sophomores who have earned 41.001 to 45.499 credits
- 6:25 p.m. – Sophomores who have earned 36 to 41 credits
- 8:05 p.m. – Sophomores who have earned 30 to 35.999 credits
Day 5 - Freshmen - Thursday, April 3
Registration Times
- 7:30 a.m. – Freshmen who have earned 22 to 29.999 credits
- 10:15 a.m. – Freshmen who have earned 16.5 to 21.999 credits
- 1:15 p.m. – Freshmen with a Last Name of A to L who have earned 16 to 16.499 credits
- 2:45 p.m. – Freshmen with a Last Name of M to Z who have earned 16 to 16.499 credits
- 4:35 p.m. – Freshmen who have earned 13.5 to 15.999 credits
- 6:25 p.m. – Freshmen who have earned 10 to 13.499 credits
- 8:05 p.m. – Freshmen who have earned 0 to 9.999 credits
Day 6 - Fall Transfer & Early College Program - Friday, April 4
Registration Times
All Day – Registration begins for new Fall Transfer students and Early College Program Students
Day 7 - Non-degree - Monday, August 18
Registration Times
9:15 a.m. – Non-degree seeking Undergraduate students and Visiting students
Day 8 - Senior Citizen Waiver - Friday, August 29
