Safe Space Program

Our Safe Space Training is an intensive, interactive training that provides attendees with information and tools to combat homophobia, biphobia, transphobia, cissexism and heterosexism, on campus and beyond. Through interactive activities and discussion, participants will personally reflect on their own experiences to enhance their personal and professional development, provide further education, and finally, identify ways to create change on campus and beyond.

All sessions are three hours and are first-come, first-served. Pre-registration is required. Registrants are expected to attend the full session. Only individuals who have fully completed the Safe Space Program and have agreed to the expectations of its membership are able to display the sticker/button of our program. Refreshments are not provided, however, you are more than welcome to bring your lunch, coffee, snacks, etc.
