Kimberly Echevarria, a first year MA student in the Clinical Psychology program, Forensic concentration, was awarded a research Grant-In-Aid from the American Psychology and Law Society to fund her work on whether/how pre-trial detention and non-carceral plea offers differentially affect the decision to plead guilty by innocent and guilty defendants.
