The Assistant Vice President of Procurement Services at Montclair State University will receive bids for Request for Proposal # 1598 – Landscaping and Grounds Bloomfield Campus until June 17, 2024, at 2:00 PM, when they will be publicly opened in the Third Floor Lobby of the Overlook Corporate Center, 150 Clove Road, Little Falls, NJ 07424.
Scope of Work: The project consists of the on-campus landscape maintenance of Bloomfield College of Montclair State University’s grounds.
A Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Inspection will be held on May 21, 2024, at 10:00 AM at the Bloomfield College of Montclair State University Facilities Office (1st floor) 229 Liberty Street, Bloomfield, NJ, 07003. A campus map is located at https://bloomfield.edu/about-us/maps-directions-parking. Bidders are advised that attendance at both the pre-bid meeting and site visit is strongly recommended, and no special consideration will be provided to any bidder who does not attend.
