Discover where your food comes from and how it makes its way to your plate. We’ll examine today’s food system and the impact it has on our lives.

  • Learn to Eat Smart

Explore the latest nutrition recommendations, including USDA’s MyPlate and the Dietary Guidelines for Americans, to understand how to fuel your body for health and energy.

  • Cook, Create, and Taste

Sharpen your culinary skills as you develop recipes, whip up delicious dishes, and taste your creations in interactive cooking workshops.

  • Explore Beyond the Classroom

Step off-campus to visit NJ farms, food service establishments, and local supermarkets to see the food system in action—up close and personal.
