Why this looks valid:

• Email states it’s from Montclair State University
• States it’s from the Student Employment Program
• Google Form requests information you would fill out on a job application

Why this is phishing?

• All jobs for our campus and community are available only through Career Services via Handshake
• Email is offering a job that is too good to be true to entice the user
• Email is coming from an external email address and not the MSU domain
