24/7 IT Support for Montclair State Online Students

Recognizing that students in online programs have unique needs, we have developed enhanced services to assure that we are supporting success in your studies.  Given the importance technology plays in your learning experience, I want to take this opportunity to remind you once again of our commitment to technical support.  In addition to our onlinevip@montclair.edu email that exclusively serves online program students, we have 24 x 7 phone support that can be reached by dialing our IT Service Desk Support line at 973-329-2525.  Members of our highly trained support staff will be available to answer questions related to system access, the Canvas learning management system, and other technical questions you might have as you pursue your studies in those times that fit your schedule.
