In remembrance of the September 11, 2001 attacks, in which 2,977 people were killed, the campus carillon, located in the College Hall bell tower, will sound taps at 8:46 a.m. and 9:03 a.m. These are the times at which the north and south towers of the World Trade Center were hit. After the 9:03 a.m. sounding of taps, the carillon will play “America The Beautiful.”
