High school students can jump-start their college journey this summer through Montclair State University’s Pre-College Summer Programs – offering hands-on courses in Film, Pre-Med, Business, Wall Street and more. With immersive, college-level academics and exclusive field trips to iconic New York City destinations like Wall Street, the United Nations and Broadway, students gain real-world experience while living on campus and learning from expert faculty.
Applications are now open for this opportunity to explore future careers and experience college life firsthand.
“This transformative experience leaves a lasting impact, fostering students’ confidence and providing a clear pathway to future academic and personal success,” says Dominique Houze, Montclair’s senior director for Strategy and Program Development.

What Students Are Saying
“I really appreciated the depth and detail of my program. The balance between class time and enjoying the campus was well thought out.”
“I admired how much effort the professors put into teaching us things we hadn’t learned before.”
“I came here not knowing anyone, but I quickly met new friends through classes and events.”
