University Names Kimberly Killmer Hollister Dean of the Feliciano School of Business
Veteran professor and administrator to lead School’s continued innovation

A professor of Information and Operations Management, Hollister has served as the business school’s vice dean since 2015. She joined the faculty in 1999 and has previously served as acting dean from 2014 to 2015 and associate dean from 2008 to 2014. She will succeed Dean Greg Cant, who is leaving at the end of May to become president of Wilkes University in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania.
“Dr. Kimberly Hollister is the enlightened choice for Dean of the Feliciano School at this moment in its history; not only does she understand how to effectively guide the School through our current common crisis, she has a compelling vision for business education that will inspire and prepare the coming generation of business and industry leadership,” said University Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs Willard Gingerich.
Hollister’s long record of service includes playing a key role in the design and construction of the 2015, $65 million state-of-the-art Feliciano School building, establishing the Ellyn A. McColgan Student Services Center, securing approval and funding to create the MIX 3D Innovation Lab, and developing new academic programs in Real Estate Finance, Forensic Accounting and Data Analytics, and facilitating the launch of the School’s highly successful Online MBA program.

An advocate for collaboration, Hollister has worked with the Department of Modern Languages and Literatures to create the interdisciplinary BA in Language, Business and Culture, developed 2+2 and 1+1 programs with international partners, and established interdisciplinary 4+1 MBA programs with The Graduate School.
Hollister has taken the lead in managing and maintaining the School’s accreditation with the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) International, the global leader in business education accreditation standards.
Hollister earned a PhD from the University of Pennsylvania, School of Engineering and Applied Science, and a BS and MS in Systems Science and Engineering also from the University of Pennsylvania. She has published extensively, delivered numerous conference and meeting presentations, and is the recipient of honors and awards, including being named to the 50 Best Women in Business list by NJBIZ.
