In addition to the broad spectrum of activities that are offered to Montclair State University students, middle and high school students can also take advantage of opportunities offered by the Italian program, the Inserra Chair in Italian and Italian American Studies, as well as the Coccia Institute and Foundation and donors.
Students in the K-12 system are invited to participate in programs that, while being designed for their level, open opportunities to experience university environments.
- The annual Italian Language and Culture Day is an occasion to share and acquire knowledge about historical and contemporary Italy as well as to learn about the Italian Program at Montclair State University.
- Special programs embrace both high school and university students to introduce them to new aspects of Italian culture, including the 2014 Theatre Workshop Program.
