Describing and Defining Quadrilaterals

Students have already done the opening problem with the properties of the square discussion, and completed one of the described figures independently. They are now working in pairs and completing the remaining figures and accompanying pages documenting their thinking about the required cards and justification. The teacher is circulating the room to help students. At this point, the two students in the video are working through the cards to determine what is needed to draw the rectangle they’ve completed.
