Doctoral candidate Malack Amenya, his advisor Dr. Joseph DiNapoli, and leaders at tech start-up eGrove Education, Inc. recently published their paper Simulating Remote Support for Mathematical Perseverance through a Digital Sketching Application in the Journal of Higher Education Theory and Practice. This piece focused on how feedback hierarchies within a math ed sketching app called Drawn2Math can keep students persevering in their remote problem-solving with conceptual fractions tasks.
