Denish is working with STEM-Center Africa, a non-profit organization that aims to promote Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) education in Africa and beyond. STEM education is crucial for meeting the ever-growing demands for jobs globally. Many countries and non-governmental agencies around the world are providing resources for STEM education adoption to help encourage student creativity, innovation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills — all skills which are very relevant in this 21st century. STEM-Center Africa aims to help Kenya and Africa at-large to keep pace with other countries’ economic growth and development through this commitment to STEM education. STEM-Center Africa works to promote global competence for all learners in STEM fields and improve the ways STEM education is approached and funded.
