Alumna Wins Emmy for Snow Report

Halley O’Brien ’08 won a regional Emmy Award in August for her work as host of The Snow Report Show presented by SKI Magazine. O’Brien had been nominated five times for a Heartland Regional Emmy before her win for the 2018-19 season. “I couldn’t be prouder of the quality content we produce every week throughout the winter season,” O’Brien, who is also the show’s executive producer, said in a press release. “I am so over-the-moon excited!” Jon Jay, digital content editor at SKI Magazine, said that “everything she produces is as authentic as it gets, and she has an astounding amount of energy and enthusiasm for her work.”
