University Libraries Honors 2025 Graduating Library Student Assistants
Posted in: Homepage Features

Each year, the library honors graduating student library employees with a bookplate to be placed in a book of their choosing from the library’s collection. It’s a way for the library to thank our amazing student employees for all of their fabulous work.
To find the books, simply search for “student assistant” and “class of 2025” (keep the quotes) in the Library Catalog. Look for the special note next to the call number, like the one you’ll find in this book in honor of Michael Alvarez.

Many students start working for the library in their first semester and stay on until graduation! Bookplates are one way for the library to honor their dedication and commitment. This year, we say goodbye and thank you to Nneoma Awobue, Angela Diaz, Dionna Green, Kayla Leon, Renae Manahan, Gabriel Marano, Kaiden Mendelsohn, and Amiya Strother.
