Sprague Library Hosts Meet Your Library Liaison Reception for New Faculty

On November 13, 2023, Sprague Library hosted its first Meet Your Library Liaison reception, as part of the New Faculty Program led by Laura Lakusta and Elizabeth Emery. The meet-up was a fun way for new faculty to meet the liaison to their department.  The event, held with the aim of strengthening the academic support network, provided attendees with a valuable opportunity to engage in meaningful conversations and to establish a rapport with their respective liaisons. Faculty were also offered a library tour guided by front desk supervisor Lori Petrozzello.

The event was met with positive feedback, setting a favorable precedent for similar gatherings in the future.
