Sprague Library is Getting a New Roof!

Why is there a fence outside the library? Because Sprague is getting a new roof! The fenced area will be used to stage construction materials and dumpsters. The library remains open and hours will stay the same.

During the project, we anticipate that the work will be most audible on the second floor. Library users are encouraged to seek out study spaces on the first floor and lower level for more quiet.  You can always ask at the front desk about the best places to study during this period.

We are excited about this project as it will help to improve environmental conditions (no more leaks) and protect the library’s long-term sustainability.
