Winter Break Hours and Services

For students enrolled in winter courses, Sprague Library has you covered. Our online resources are available at https://www.montclair.edu/library when the library is closed, and we have modified winter hours as well when the building will be open and all of our services*, including Ask-A-Librarian, are available. We will resume our normal schedule of hours on Tuesday, January 18, 2022.

Congratulations on your successful semester from Sprague Library! Happy holidays and enjoy winter break! Get some well-deserved rest, and we’ll be here for you whether you are taking classes this winter or when you get back in January.

*Winter tutoring in the Library through The Center for Academic Success & Tutoring (CAST) will be available in person starting 1/3 Monday- Friday 9-4:30pm. Appointments can be reserved starting 12/22.

Note: Laptop Lending and the Print Lab will not be open when the Library is open on 12/28/2021, nor will it be open on 01/17/2022, Martin Luther King Day.

Winter Hours

Sprague Library hours are as follows:

• Open — Tuesday, December 21 – Thursday, December 23, 2021: 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
• Closed — Friday, December 24 – Sunday, December 27, 2021
• Open —  Tuesday, December 28, 2021: 1 – 6 p.m.
• Closed — Wednesday, December 29 – Sunday, January 2, 2022
• Open — Monday, January 3 – Monday, January 17: Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
