A Place of Remembrance – the 9/11 Memorial

Sprague Library is a great resource for gaining more information and insight about this important memorial. The library has the book entitled “A Place of Remembrance” by Allison Blais, with foreword by Michael R. Bloomberg, that describes the planning, development, and construction of the National September 11 Memorial in Manhattan. The book features photographs that provide a detailed history of the World Trade Center and an account of September 11, 2001, along with a comprehensive list of the names of the victims of 9/11, and the location of each name on the memorial.
