Verdi’s “Requiem” – Open Rehearsal Jan. 24

An open rehearsal of Verdi’s "Requiem" with Joseph Flummerfelt, visiting guest conductor and the MSU Chorale will take place January 24 at 6 p.m. in the Montclair State University Conference Center, University Hall, 7th Floor. This rehearsal is a unique opportunity to watch Dr. Flummerfelt work the music from the "inside out" and give the MSU Chorale his personal perspective on one of history’s greatest choral works. Among his many professional credits, Flummerfelt is choral director of the New York Philharmonic, conductor of the New York Choral Artists, and choral director for the Spoleto Festival, USA.
