Student collaboration and the sharing of honest and constructive feedback between peers is an important component of learning, and especially vital in the arts. Professor Christopher Kaczmarek of the College of the Arts joins Fridays with ITDS for a conversation on specific strategies he implemented in his in-person and online classrooms to foster learning spaces where students are comfortable providing this constructive feedback to one another. Specific strategies for building a classroom community through meaningful collaboration will be shared.
Christopher Kaczmarek, who received his MFA in Visual Art and an MA in Modern and Contemporary Art History, Theory and Criticism from Purchase College, State University of New York, serves the Department of Art and Design at Montclair State University as an Assistant Professor of Interdisciplinary Art, and the Program Coordinator for Visual Arts.
Register now! This is the final session of the Spring 2022 semester. Fridays with ITDS will resume in the fall.
