The Inserra Chair in Italian and Italian American Studies is pleased to invite you to the symposium “Scrittori Tra Due Mondi/Writers Between Two Worlds,” which will bring together a group of international and local scholars investigating the implications of multiple geographies in the works of authors who have given voice to the experience of complex cultural collisions and interchanges as protagonists or witnesses.

This event is presented by the Inserra Chair in Italian and Italian-American Studies at Montclair State University in collaboration with Centro di Studi «Aldo Palazzeschi» (Università di Firenze), Columbia University, and Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, with the support of the Global Education Center at Montclair State University, and under the aegis of Centro Studi Sara Valesio as well as Genus Bononiae – Musei nella Città and Italian Poetry Review.
