Enzo and Lorenzo Mancusos’ musical experience, which boasts among others the Best Soundtrack Award at the 2013 Venice Film Festival and a collaboration with director Anthony Minghella, lies between the evocation of ancient Mediterranean cultures and innovative research. In this presentation/workshop, they will share a variety of stories and anecdotes as well as vocal and instrumental techniques to investigate the expressiveness of traditional Sicilian songs in relation to contemporary theatre and music.
