Winter Services and Calendar

The Information Technology Division, which includes the IT Service Desk and the public computing labs, will operate on a modified schedule beginning on Wednesday, November 25, 2020, through Monday, February 8, 2021. Maintenance and Downtime 
Information Technology will be performing maintenance on certain components of the campus network infrastructure between Tuesday, December 15, 2020, through Sunday, January 3, 2021. These maintenance activities will produce sporadic service interruptions and degraded performance of wired network ports and wireless access points for periods of 15 to 45 minutes.

With the exception of the planned service interruptions outlined above, any significant problems with the University’s hardware and software systems will be announced on the IT Service Desk telephone line (973-655-7971, option 1) and on the IT Service Systems Status web page.
