Just a quick reminder that we only offer support for the three latest Mac operating systems, which are: macOS 14 (Sonoma), macOS 13 (Ventura), and macOS 12 (Monterey). If you’re using any operating system older than these three, it means they are no longer supported and need to be upgraded. In case your device isn’t capable of running the latest OS, it’s recommended to retire it from service. Please do not hesitate to contact the IT Service Desk for information and assistance regarding disposal.
Please Note: If you use SPSS, you will need to apply a patch to use the program with Sonoma. Verify you are running SPSS 27 then go to Software Center to install the SPSS 27 fix.
