ServiceNow Portal Upgrade – Incident/Request Tracking

Information Technology is pleased to announce the upcoming release of our new self-service portal in ServiceNow. The new portal will allow you to create incidents and requests for the technology services you need in one convenient place. This new release will be rolled out on Friday, October 21, 2022.
From the self-service portal, you will be able to do the following:

Submit an incident to Information Technology, local academic technology teams, Human Resources, Finance and Treasury, and Red Hawk Central (Please do not submit multiple tickets for the same request)

Utilize our Service Catalogs for requests for access to applications like Banner or request new equipment

Check your equipment status and request new/replacement assets

Find items on our knowledge base
-
Request audio-visual or computer loaner equipment
Here’s an image of how the new landing page will look. We’re hoping that this new interface will provide a better user experience while improving service response times.
