IT Service Desk Support Hours

Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), the IT Service Desk will primarily operate remotely from end of fall term until start of spring term on Monday, February 8, 2021. Onsite support over this period will be by appointment only. Hours are subject to change so please check our Winter Services and Calendar page.
Fall Semester Support hours will continue until Dec 14th
- Monday-Friday: 7:00am–12:00am
- Saturday: 8:30am-4:30pm
- Sunday: 3:00pm-11:00pm
Winter 2020/2021 Support Hours (December 15, 2020 – February 7, 2021)
- Monday-Friday: 8am – 5pm (Support available through phone, email, chat or self-service or onsite by appointment only)
- Saturday: 8am – 5pm (Support available through phone, email or self-service; no chat or onsite service available)
- Sunday: 8am-5pm (Support available through phone, email or self-service; no chat or onsite service available)
Please note the following exceptions:
Thursday, December 24, 2020: Closing at 4pm
Friday, December 25: Closed
Saturday, December 26 through Thursday, December 31: 8 am – 5 pm: General support via phone to 973-655-7971, option 1 or email itservicedesk@montclair.edu
Friday, January 1, 2021: Closed
