Zoom Recordings and Panopto Integration in Canvas

Starting November 1, 2020, all recordings of Zoom sessions scheduled through Canvas and recorded to the Cloud will be automatically imported into Panopto Recordings in your Canvas course.

Once your cloud recordings are moved to Panopto Recordings they will be removed from Cloud Recordings in Zoom. Students will access the Zoom recordings through Panopto Recordings in Canvas.

Please Note: Only the recordings of Zoom sessions scheduled in Canvas courses on Nov. 1 and forward will be moved to Panopto, NOT including sessions scheduled prior or directly through Zoom.  Any cloud recordings prior to this integration should be downloaded and manually uploaded to Panopto (or Google Drive).
