Coming Soon.. New NetID Account Management System for Affiliates

Information Technology is currently rolling out the new NetID account management system to affiliates (any individual who has a NetID but is not an employee, student, or emeritus). This system is already being used by employees, students and emeriti.
Affiliates will be required to verify/update their personal email and/or cell phone as part of their profile information in Banner. A self-service link will be available, for affiliates to update the information in Banner, in NEST through a published portlet. Affiliates will then need to change their NetID password.
Note : their NetIDs will not change.
Major benefits of the new NetID account management system include:
- Faster creation of NetID accounts
- Simpler and more secure self-service password resets
- Enhanced security monitoring
