Coming to Campus? Complete HawkCheck Assessment
Posted in: News
If you have not done so already, please complete MSU’s Restart training for Employees designed to share the general safeguards being taken on campus to reduce the risk of transmission of COVID-19. All employees, campus visitors and contractors are required to complete this training prior to coming to campus.
Also, please plan ahead and complete Hawk Check, the COVID-19 self-assessment 6 to 12 hours before arriving on campus. In order to maintain a safe work environment, all employees, students, contractors and visitors will be required to complete a screening assessment daily before coming to campus. Students who live on campus should complete the assessment daily before leaving their room.
The information you share through Hawk Check will help us support you if you become ill. It also will allow for contact tracing, in the event of a positive or presumed case of the coronavirus.
