Real Estate Development (Certificate) Online
The graduate certificate in Real Estate Development seeks to prepare aspiring and practicing project managers, property managers, brokers, analysts, and entrepreneurs with the practical knowledge and skills required to coordinate, facilitate, negotiate, manage, and lead commercial real estate development projects. In today’s competitive business, the discipline of Real Estate Development is viewed as one of the most desired paths to attain personal wealth.
All of the courses for the Online Certificate in Real Estate Development will be offered in conjunction with the MBA Concentration in Real Estate Development. Courses cover Commercial Real Estate Analysis and Valuation, Real Estate Law, Real Estate Financing and Capital Markets and Real Estate Development. The certificate can be completed in as little as 6 months with 8-week fully online coursework.
The certificate provides career-enhancing training in the Project Manager (PM) role of Real Estate Development, the PM must be well versed and skilled, but not an expert at many different professions from market research to environmental engineering. Program graduates will qualify for a broad set of careers.
The 10 year (2020-2030) employment projections for careers that will be available to students graduating the program demonstrate a 9% growth rate while the average growth rate for all careers in the United States is 7%.
Students who successfully complete the program may apply 9 credits to the MBA with a concentration in Real Estate Development.

Once this step has been completed, the online portal will allow you to upload your supplemental materials.
