Mission

The Office for Faculty Excellence (OFE) empowers faculty at all career stages to achieve their highest potential in teaching, research, leadership, and service. Through inclusive, comprehensive, and strategic professional development, OFE supports faculty success in advancing Montclair State University’s mission of broadening access to education, fostering student success, and advancing the common good through scholarship and community engagement.

Faculty at Montclair are successful when they are recognized and appreciated by their peers, leaders, and the students they teach.
