Wind Down and De-Stress Space for Faculty:
10 Minute Guided Meditation & 10 Minutes to Share

Need a break? Want some space to just clear your head and share with your colleagues? Mindfulness, meditation, contemplative practice are practices that are designed to alleviate anxiety and help with focus, which surely we all need. Most of us have been meaning to take it on, but haven’t quite carved out the time or know how to get started. The idea here is to do it together, with an experienced colleague leading us through. This session is a 20 minute “lunch” break with colleagues to recharge with guided practices in a supportive community to provide the mental and emotional break needed now.
