The field of Human Flourishing takes an integrated and holistic approach to well-being, cultivating self-awareness, interconnectedness, personal values, and purpose. In this interactive session, invited guest speaker and expert Dr. Tony Chambers, Director for Community Well-Being at the Center for Healthy Minds at the University of Wisconsin – Madison, will guide Montclair faculty, staff, and students to focus on ways the pillar of “Connection” fosters the power of collective flourishing and builds environments where everyone belongs and is empowered to lead fulfilling lives.
